I really can't say that I've noticed any amazing benefits since using this. However I do test up that it's beneficial for me and my daughter. I find the 'pectin' is a bit too binding for me though so I have to use a lot of sea minerals at the same time! I've reduced back to 1 serve every morning.
Yes it's hard to dissolve, but stirring well and putting it in slowly helps.

I have found GUTSI Digest makes all the difference with digesting foods fully that I am unable to achieve without taking 1 cap prior to a meal esp. in the case of rich protein meals.
